Multi-Year Guarantee Terms 

• 7-Year Term: Initial declared rates are in effect for a term of 7 contract years. If funds remain in contract after the end of the term, a new rate will be declared for another 3 contract years. Thereafter, a new rate will be declared annually for each contract year.
• Minimum Credited Interest Rate: Set at contract issue; see rate sheet for current rate.
• End-of 7 year-term Option: Owner has a window to withdraw all or part of his annuity value without a withdrawal charge.
• Death Benefit: Annuity Value
• Minimum Surrender Value: Equal to premium paid less withdrawals
• 10% "free" annual withdrawal - including first year
• Issued to age 85 (nonqualified and qualified)
